North Nugra

This renovation project aims to revitalize and modernize the North Nugra complex in Hawally. The mixed-use development includes a three-storey shopping mall and two ten-storey residential towers, all connected by an elevated podium and two levels of underground parking.

Given our experience as mall architects in Kuwait, our goal was to completely reimagine the building’s exterior presence. The formerly monotonous façade was transformed by our team of top architects in Kuwait, creating a more vibrant and engaging design that better reflects the site’s evolving F&B and retail landscape.

Internally, the redesign replaces ad hoc fixes with a cohesive, long-term design strategy.
