Brick House

This family home in Yarmouk is designed by Babnimnim, one of the leading architectural firms in Kuwait. It has a strong focus on balancing form and function. To avoid a monolithic structure, the building mass was intentionally broken down, aligning with the principles of modern residential architecture. A series of brick dividing walls carve the plot into intimate, interconnected spaces, creating a fluid spatial journey throughout the home. These elements also serve as privacy screens and sunshades—key considerations in the local climate.
