Bayan’s new branch in Al Hamra Tower reintroduces the clinic as the brand’s flagship location, reflecting both a revamped visual identity and a refined spatial experience. Designed by Babnimnim, a leading clinic architecture firm in Kuwait, the project emphasizes materiality and visual connectivity. It offers a sophisticated take on modern clinic design in Kuwait. Walls are clad in warm wood panels or glazed partitions that allow natural light to flow throughout the expansive interior.

Rounded corners and layered materials ensure a seamless integration of lines and volumes, creating a calming and cohesive atmosphere. A central design feature—the “client wall”—combines a built-in bench, mirror, and storage, while acoustic panels above it extend across the ceiling to ensure sound insulation between rooms. The result is a modern clinical environment that feels both welcoming and functionally efficient.
