Concscape Beach House

This beachfront renovation showcases the expertise of Babnimnim, one of the top villa architecture firms in Kuwait, with a design approach that honors the villa’s original architectural lines while introducing thoughtful updates. The project included a complete interior re-finish, a newly built pool house, and a stepped concrete landscape that leads toward the shore.

As part of this custom villa design in Kuwait, metal-framed wooden louvers were added along the sea-facing façade, enhancing both shading and privacy while echoing the linear rhythm of the original structure. The result is a seamless blend of preservation and contemporary elegance.
