Concscape Beach House

The renovation of the beach front villa required a full interior re-finish along with the addition of a pool house and landscape towards the beach. The Villa's main architecture elements were preserved and refinished to enhance the pre existing lines. 

Following the linearity of the original design, the additions of the pool house and the wooden louvers on the sea facing facade employ a wooden louver system with metal framing. The stepped concrete landscape gently slopes down towards the sea end of the property line.
